This message is to inform you that the minutes and reports of the 19th Quadrennial Assembly held June 21-29, 2019 have been prepared and are available online at the Women’s Missionary Council Web site for you to download. The minutes were reviewed and approved at the 19th Quadrennial Assembly.  Additional revisions to the minutes were provided later by the Immediate Past President Dr. Princess Pegues and former Assistant Secretary Mrs. Calandra Hunter,  Thanks to Madam President Scott and her assistant Mrs. Juliet Waddell Pittman for recently providing the email addresses of the Executive Board members.

 

The Women’s Missionary Council initiated a green initiative for sustainability and cost saving efforts many years ago.  We are using our technological resources to provide the minutes and reports online to the Executive Board members as we strive to decrease our costs and expenses in postage and copying materials.  Please know that a hard copy of the Minutes and reports will be sent via postal mail to those Executive Board members who do not have an e-mail account.
